Frequently Asked Questions:

• When do we meet? Changes for the 2026-27 year: We will meet the second and third Thursday starting in September. We meet thru June. There are no meetings in July or August, or the first Thursdays.

• NEW night meeting - We will be having an evening meeting on the fourth Thursday of the month starting in September at a local venue. Meals will not be catered, buy you will have options at the venue.

• What time do we meet? The lunch meetings start at noon and typically end around 1pm. Evening meeting will start at 6pm.

• Where do we meet? We meet at the Dixon Methodist Church Hall in Dixon located at 209 N Jefferson, but the hall entrance is on B Street. Evening meeting location will be announce monthly.

• Are meals provided? A catered lunch is provided at the lunch meetings. The weekly cost for the lunch is $19. Evening meeting is your choice.

• What is a typical meeting?

  • Business meeting the 2nd Thursday

  • Young Woman of the Month the 3rd Thursday

  • Speaker/program the 4th Thursday (evening mtg)

  • Fun events if there is a 5th Thursday

• Are weekly meetings mandatory? No. We hope that you are able to find time in your schedule to come often. The business meetings are most important, as we discuss the work of the committees and upcoming events and fundraisers.
